Kill Paris just put this beautiful banger up on Soundcloud yesterday. It seems like once he got his hands on the voluminous vocals of NY based singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey destiny just took over. With an immaculate touch, Kill Paris worked this remix into an epic slammer that gives you everything you’d expect from this powerful producer. What more could you want… A free download?.. Lana Del Rey – Without You (Kill Paris Remix)
Defkline & Red Polo – Take it Back (Phatman & Robin Remix)
Another installment from the elusive Dubstep duo only known as “Phatman & Robin” dropped earlier this week, and I’ve been meaning to share it with you. Simple but catchy, this tune delivers that token funky-ghetto style that has earned Hot Cakes its place in the EDM arena. As the title suggests, this track takes you back with those oldschool jump-up piano chords then slaps you in the face with some obnoxiously grimy wobbles, promising to please dancefloors world wide. Grab your copy on Beatport now if you don’t have it already.
Stadium – Take My Breath Away ft. Blue Pearl
Nearly 20 years after topping the UK dance music charts, Blue Pearl aka Durga McBroom reappears on the debut single from up-and-coming producer, Stadium(no link). This bass-heavy anthem has a really nice throwback vibe, resonant of the mid-90s ravey feel I so fondly remember. All of the remixes are done tastefully, but the works from Seed and Dream stand out the most to me. No word on a release date yet, but keep your eyes peeled for this and more future appearances from Blue Pearl.
Virus Syndicate – The Sign [Official Video]
Legendary artist collective, Virus Syndicate, teamed up with Dub Police artist, Distinction, to deliver a proper end-of-summer jam. “The Sign” is an upbeat, Hip-Hop flavored banger with just the right amount of filthy bass to make you wanna bounce. To accompany its release, the Syndicate invited their closest fans and supporters to the video shoot and involved them in the production which has an overall positive vibe. For a full explanation, check out the behind the scenes video.
Dub Pop Vol. XII

It’s a party it’s a party it’s a party. Crunk as fuck.
Esjay kills it with some concise sampling of Lupe Fiasco and Biggie layed over some dramatic futuristic synths.
Florence and the Machine – You’ve Got the Love (revolvr Remix)
Jay-Z, Kanye West, Flux Pavilion – “Who Gon Stop Me”
The highest paid rapper alive, the most talented/douchiest producer of our times, and Flux Pavilion, let’s see what it do…
I love Jay-Z, I love Flux, I can deal with Kanye, but this track is a fuzzy mess with subtle hints that it was much more daring at one point.
Mike Posner ft. Rusko – Shut Up

Huge tune from two big names. Posner is the bro behind the hit “Cooler Than Me” which you may remember got remixed by Vaski. Now he’s showing some more love for dubstep by teaming up with the Prince of Dubstep, Rusko.
This is one of those tracks that finishes, and immediately makes you want to start it over again. Rusko uses his trademark “squeaky” vocals to accentuate Posners’ and an airy but deep bassline manages to flow through the entire track without overwhelming it. It sounds really simple on the surface, but the more you listen the more you’ll pick up the little details that make it such a solid track.
Chris Brown – Look At Me Now (Sluggo & Nerd Rage Remix)
Friend and fellow Floridubber, Nerd Rage, sent this one my way yesterday. It’s a solid promo track with a surprising amount of straight Breakbeat action. Big ups!
Katy B — Easy Please Me (Official Video) & Caspa Remix

A new tune from Dubstep diva, Katy B. Its got a nice, simple little groove to it and the lyrics are (to be honest) extremely cheesy, but the video is conceptually impressive and well directed.
Oh, and there’s a Caspa Remix:
Youngman – Tear It Out
Youngman is a upcoming UK lyricist who Benga chose to team up with for developing his mellow-pop-step projects. I can’t say I’ll be playing this song out, but it is one of those infectious songs that gets stuck in your head and you just cant escape it. And the video of him, Skream and Benga tearing it up in Sweeden isn’t so bad either.
